Cancellation policy
At Pro Chefly, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and processing orders with speed and precision. Because many of our orders are prepared for shipment shortly after they are placed, we maintain a limited cancellation window to ensure timely fulfillment.
Orders that include a subscription, pre-order, or any delayed purchase option may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
For subscription-based products, you may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will fall under our standard return and refund policy.
