When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are usually emailed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Don’t worry! It can take up to 5 business days for your tracking number to fully activate in the carrier’s system.

How fast is delivery?

• USA: 7–14 business days

• Worldwide: 7–20 business days
  (Excludes weekends and holidays. Delivery may be a little longer during peak seasons.)

What is your return & exchange policy?

• Orders may be refunded within 30 minutes of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused knives and kitchen supplies in their original packaging.

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll make it right — just contact us.
