If your new Pro Chefly knife isn’t the perfect fit, don’t worry. We’ll make it right — whether that means a return, an exchange, or a full refund.


Our 30-Day Guarantee

From the first slice to the final plating, we want you to love your knife. But if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

As long as your knife is undamaged and in its original condition, you’re eligible for a full refund or exchange.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ve made returns simple and transparent — just like our steel.

  1. Visit our Contact Us page.

  2. Create a ticket using the contact form.

  3. Include as much information as possible — your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details or photos if applicable.

  4. Our support team will review your ticket and respond with next steps and return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed shipping instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.


Refund & Exchange Process

After we receive and inspect your knife to confirm it’s undamaged and unused, we’ll:

  • Issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

  • Or ship your exchange immediately once your return has been verified.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order included a free promotional item or gift, it must be returned as well.

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


What’s Covered

✔️ You changed your mind and wish to return the knife in perfect condition.
✔️ You’d like to exchange it for a different model or size.
✔️ You received the wrong item or a defective product.


What’s Not Covered

❌ Knives showing signs of use, wear, damage, or improper care.
❌ Custom-engraved, personalized, or modified knives.
❌ Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
❌ Items purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party sites.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Pro Chefly covers the cost of shipping your exchange or replacement back to you.

  • In certain cases — such as a defective or damaged item — we may provide a prepaid return label at our discretion.

We always review each situation individually to ensure a fair and smooth experience.


Exchanges

Need a different knife? We’ve got you covered.
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item — once it’s received, we’ll ship your replacement immediately.

No exchange or restocking fees apply, and we’ll cover the cost of sending your new item to you.


Damages & Issues

We inspect every knife before it leaves our workshop, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  2. Visit our Contact Us page and create a support ticket as soon as possible.

  3. Provide your order number and attach the photos so our team can resolve the issue quickly.

We’ll assess the situation and either send a replacement or issue a refund right away.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-engraved or personalized knives

  • Clearance, final-sale, or heavily discounted items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about eligibility, contact our team before shipping your item back — we’ll confirm whether it qualifies.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, with no explanation required.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us via the Contact Us page or email info@prochefly.com with your ticket number.


Cancellations

We know how eager you are to get your new knife — so our processing starts fast. Because of that, cancellation windows are limited.

In-Stock Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, your order will already be processing and cannot be canceled.

  • If you receive your order but still wish to cancel, please start a return using our Refund Policy above.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • When your item arrives, you may still return it following the same process as above.
