At Pro Chefly, we stand behind the quality of our knives and kitchen supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Returned in its original packaging

Items eligible for return include:

  • Knives or kitchen supplies with manufacturer defects

  • Products that arrive damaged in transit

  • Items that are not functioning properly

In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, we reserve the right to determine this based on the specific situation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized knives and kitchen products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll ship the replacement right away.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, with no justification required.

As above, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
