At Pro Chefly, we take pride in every knife we craft. Each blade is built with precision, care, and a deep respect for the chefs who use them. That’s why every purchase is backed by our 30-Day Guarantee — giving you the freedom to try your new knife risk-free.
If you don’t love your Pro Chefly knife, that’s okay. Simply return it within 30 days of receiving your order, and as long as it’s not damaged, you can receive a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
How It Works

Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Once approved, we’ll send you simple return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the knife to confirm it’s undamaged, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned knife passes inspection. Exchanges will be shipped once your return has been received and verified. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order included a free item or promotional gift, please include it with your return.

Free Returns – No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returns or exchanges.

In certain cases (e.g., defective items or shipping damage), we may provide a prepaid return shipping label at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping on refunds and exchanges. Replacement or exchange shipping (back to you) will be covered by Pro Chefly.
Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll ship the replacement right away.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, with no justification required.
As above, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@prochefly.com.
Cancellation Policy
At Pro Chefly, we work hard to get your order out the door quickly so you can enjoy your knives without delay. Because of this, our cancellation window is limited.
In-Stock Orders

You may cancel your order within 5 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order will already be in processing for shipment and cannot be canceled.

If you submit a cancellation but still receive the item, you’ll need to complete a return following our Refund Policy
Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
