International Shipping

At Pro Chefly, we proudly ship our premium knives and kitchen supplies worldwide. Please note that customs clearance and international regulations are outside of our control, and delays may occasionally occur.

Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as it is available from our carriers, so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Approximate Shipping Times

(business days; excludes weekends and public holidays)

  • USA: 7–14 business days (tracking available)

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days (tracking availability may vary by country)

Important Notes on Delivery:

  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs, carrier backlogs, or unforeseen events in transit.

  • If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will arrange to ship you a replacement package.

  • Please anticipate possible delays during peak seasons (November–December holidays), major promotional events, or other high-volume periods.


Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days on average. This includes order verification, packing, and preparing your items for dispatch.

  • Extended Processing Times: In rare cases, processing may take longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or major sales. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


Cancelling an Order

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@prochefly.com as quickly as possible.

  • Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a refund.

  • After Processing: If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipping, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
