At Pro Chefly, every shipment leaves our workshop with the same dedication, precision, and pride that goes into forging each knife. We know how exciting it is to unbox a new blade — that moment when you peel back the wrapping and feel the balance of craftsmanship in your hands. That’s why we take shipping and tracking just as seriously as the steel itself.

This page will guide you through how we ship, when to expect your order, and what to do if you ever have a question or delay.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We’re proud to offer fast, reliable delivery across the U.S., ensuring your knives arrive safely and on schedule.

  • Free Shipping Threshold: All U.S. orders over $125 USD ship free — no promo code needed.

  • Orders under $125 USD will have standard shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Average Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Carriers We Use: USPS, UPS, and FedEx — depending on your location and order size.

  • Once your shipping label is created, you’ll automatically receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. From that moment, you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly so that when inspiration strikes — whether it’s for a new dish or a new tool — your knife is on the way without delay.


International Shipping

Our knives have found their way into kitchens around the world, from Paris bistros to home chefs in Tokyo — and we’re honored to ship globally.

  • We currently offer international shipping to most major regions.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and package weight.

  • Average Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and local holidays).

  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility, though tracking visibility may vary depending on your country’s postal network.

  • Customs & Duties: Import taxes, customs fees, and local duties are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected upon delivery by your local postal service or customs office.

Please note that customs inspections, international regulations, and regional postal delays are outside our control and may occasionally extend delivery times. Rest assured, we monitor all shipments and are here to help if anything goes off course.


Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

We like to think of processing as the “mise en place” of shipping — the essential prep work before the main event.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days for order verification, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch.

  • During high-volume periods (holiday sales, major promotions), processing may take slightly longer — but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Time: Begins once your order leaves our facility and the carrier scans it into their system.

Once your package is in motion, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link and carrier details. From there, you can follow your shipment’s progress every step of the way.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your label is printed, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Pro Chefly Order is on the Way!”
Inside that email:

  • Your tracking number and carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • A link that takes you directly to the carrier’s live tracking page or to our Shopify tracking portal — depending on your preferences.

  • Real-time updates as your order travels from our hands to yours.

If you don’t see tracking updates after 48 hours, check your spam folder or contact us at info@prochefly.com — sometimes carriers delay their first scan, especially during weekends or holidays.


Delivery Notes & Delays

We understand that waiting for a knife can feel longer than waiting for a soufflé to rise. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, a few external factors can occasionally cause delays:

  • Customs Inspections: International packages may be held briefly for review.

  • Weather or Carrier Backlogs: Severe weather, route congestion, or holiday surges can extend transit times.

  • Incomplete Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid reroutes or returns.

If your tracking shows no movement for 30–60 business days, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement shipment. Our priority is ensuring your order reaches you safely — even if it takes a second attempt.


Cancellations & Order Changes

We know plans can change as quickly as a dinner menu.

  • Before Processing: If your order hasn’t yet entered the packing stage, contact us immediately at info@prochefly.com. We’ll cancel and refund it in full.

  • After Processing: If your order has been processed or shipped, it’s already in motion and can’t be canceled. In that case, you can refer to our returns policy once the item arrives.

We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible — we’re quick in the kitchen and even quicker with our shipping team.


Peak Seasons & Special Events

During busy times — especially November through December or major sales events — carriers experience higher volumes.
We recommend placing gift or holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery. Our team works extended hours during these periods to minimize delays and keep communication clear.
